Begin beneath Wren’s great dome, where the City’s rebuilding after the Great Fire becomes a landmark you can read in stone.
Cross the river into Shakespeare’s theatrical London, where the Globe reconnects the modern South Bank with the Elizabethan stage.
End beside the river’s historic gateway, moving from royal fortress to the Victorian bridge that still opens for ships.

Plan your journey to St Paul’s or Blackfriars, then walk to Millennium Bridge / Tate Modern. Meet on the public pavement before opening the first clue.

A short walk back is part of the plan. Allow about 15 minutes to walk back to Millennium Bridge after the final puzzle. Pace and crossings affect the time.
Bring weather-appropriate clothing. Travel, refreshments and entry to attractions are not included; no attraction entry is needed to solve the puzzles.
Access: Outdoor public-pavement route with a river crossing, road crossings and potentially crowded approaches around the Globe and Tower Bridge. Field-check access before release.
